Harold Goodearle is a Manager, Organizational Change Management at Anadarko Petroleum. In this capacity, he supports large and small initiatives in planning and managing the processes needed to communicate and train employees in preparation system and process improvement implementations. Harold holds a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, as well as a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology. He is a Houston native and also volunteers in various capacities through his children’s school and at work.
Harold joined ESCH in 2008 and since then has helped more than 4 nonprofits through training and/or management consultation services. Harold’s particular areas of expertise are: general Organization Development interventions, Training and Development, and Employee Selection/Promotion testing and assessment, and Change Management.
