Trustee & Consultant
I have served as a corporate attorney focused on helping international companies achieve their strategic business initiatives. I leverage my hybrid experience in corporate, securities, and tax law to advise executive leadership teams, including the C-suite and directors. I am adept at interpreting financial statements, managing corporate risk, and negotiating solutions to complex legal issues. My strong track record of operational success both as in-house counsel and a law firm attorney largely stems from my ability to synthesize complex issues and provide straightforward, practical solutions to my business partners and clients, carrying that advice through to implementation.
After graduating from Texas A&M University, I earned joint a MBA and JD degree from American University. I worked as a corporate and tax attorney with two law firms before moving in-house. Concurrently, I have served as General Counsel for my family business, Self Logic, a national IT consulting company. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, drawing and spending time with my husband and two daughters.
