According to the Bridgespan Group “nonprofits that build robust infrastructure are more likely to succeed than those that do not” because strong infrastructure leads to capacity building which leads to fulfilling your mission.
ESCH believes moving through infrastructure building in a logical, sequential way will help you go farther, faster.
To this end, ESCH is piloting a membership group - Move Up! that will focus on 1 of the 6 areas of infrastructure subcapabilities - communications, fundraising, budgeting, mission/vision, program development, program outcomes, grant writing, etc
