Her particular areas of expertise are: accounting, financial management, board governance and organizational structures.
Some of her clients and projects include:
- Houston Galveston Institute and Care Net Pregnancy Center of Northwest Houston who have both conducted the FFNP project.
- Almighty Ministries, Inc. provides after school support to at risk youth. In response to their request for financial reporting assistance.
- Green Team America is an organization supporting Houston youth in making the world a greener place. With consultant assistance for their start-up financial accounting and reporting.
With respect to her ESCH experience, Sallie says "This organization allows me to share my expertise with a nonprofit community who might otherwise not have access to the knowledge and skills that I can offer. The opportunity to work with similarly minded experts in delivering valuable resources to nonprofit groups is particularly rewarding especially during a financial environment when nonprofit organizations need help now more than ever."
