MISSION: KSBJ Educational Foundation is a Christ-centered, nonprofit, listener-supported radio ministry.  Started in 1982, the station has used music and ministry to accomplish the purpose of being "The Voice of Hope connecting People to God." 

PROBLEM: KSBJ's business had grown substantially, and they were challenged with prioritizing the many projects that were planned.

RESOLUTION: ESCH consultants determined KSBJ would benefit from a more comprehensive plan.  Using the "Whole Systems" approach, agency purpose, strategy, people, structure etc were reviewed in several workshops.  By understanding agency direction and communicating that direction to staff, projects were prioritized into a hierarchy of Core, Strategic, Essential and Non-Essential.

ESCH consultants, Paul Cuneo, Paul Lotts, and Dave Teall, assisted with developing organization options that best fit KSBJ's long term needs.  Strategic objectives were quantified, enabling projects to be addressed in a prioritized manner against available people and financial limits.
