MISSION: To facilitate parent involvement and the delivery of services intended to promote healthy prenatal outcomes, enhance the development of very young children, and promote healthy family functioning

PROBLEM: After an arduous fundraising effort, the Ridgemont Early Childhood Center received funding from The George Foundation and a 2007 bond referendum which allowed them to construct a center. Once the building construction completed, the group realized that was not the end of the funding journey. FBISD leaders needed a strategic plan.

RESOLUTION: ESCH consultants, Frank McGrath, A.J. Durrani , Milt Rose, and Dr. Roger Rolke, worked with team leaders to create a meaningful strategic plan with actionable targets. Consultant Helen Leeke continues to coach a key manager.
