Amazing Place & ESCH
AGENCY: The Amazing Place
MISSION:
To provide fellowship, memory care and wellness for adults with mild to
moderate memory loss and support to their families and the community.
PROBLEM:
Over a period several years between 2007-11, ESCH consultants worked
with leadership to change name and improve recognition, create a
strategic plan and launch a capital campaign.
RESOLUTION:
In 2007, with continuing guidance from ESCH, Amazing Place Board of
Directors launched a Building for Generations Campaign to raise $7.2
million to build a new facility, establish an endowment, and provide a
scholarship fund. At the agency's request, ESCH consultants continue to
mentor and advise this successful nonprofit.
