Can we ever know everything? At ESCH, we think not. So we sponsor a variety of seminars to help nonprofit leaders and staff gain knowledge into business management and operations.
Each of the seminars is relatively short - all but one are two hours in length - and each is led by an accomplished instructor, highly qualified and devoted to nonprofit services. Unless otherwise noted, all classes are held in ESCH's offices at 2630 Fountain View, Suite 428, Houston 77057. Map Available Here

Face-to-Face Coaching that Builds Leaders' Skills
ESCH's Executive Leadership Coaching program guides nonprofit leaders in building new skills on a foundation of their signature strengths. By design, our coaching strategy blends a strength-based approach with an "emotional intelligence" model for a period of approximately six months.
Each coaching session lasts one to two hours. For the first three months, coaches and clients meet weekly, and in the second three months, they meet bi-weekly. Every ESCH clients indentifies the leadership skills they wish to develop, through face-to-face sessions, homework and practice.
